Ingredia operates worldwide thanks to its manufacturing facilities/production sites, subsidiaries and partners; with only one goal: to serve its customers as intimately as possible. This geographic proximity allows the company to efficiently support its customers all around the world.

This global approach was also built with a spirit of sustainable partnerships in France, Switzerland, Australia and the United States in an effort to pursue our mission “To feed the planet better” with high quality dairy ingredients.

Arras Headquarters

Ingredia SA headquarters are located in Arras, in the “Hauts-de-France” region and houses the administrative offices as well as the sales, marketing and research and development departments. A semi-industrial pilot facility and laboratories are also found on-site. The expertise of the 450 employees working there is dedicated to customer support.


St Pol sur Ternoise Plant

The St Pol sur Ternoise manufacturing facility is located in the « Hauts-de-France » region, in an industrial park spreading over approximately 37 acres.

About 500 million liters of milk are processed here and the plant oversees three key areas:

  • processing milk into food ingredients,
  • packaging UHT milk in bottles for retail,
  • manufacturing ingredients for the Health and Nutrition sector.

US subsidiary and manufacturing facility

Ingredia Inc., the American subsidiary of Ingredia SA, manages operations in the USA, Canada and Latin America. Located in Wapakoneta, OH (≈100km North of Dayton), the site is also a certified production unit: SQF level 3, USDA-approved, Grade A, Kosher, Pareve, Super Kosher and Halal.

Asian subsidiary

Ingredia Pte is the Asian subsidiary of Ingredia SA; it is located in Singapore at the crossroads of the following Asia-Pacific regions: China, India, Japan, Korea, South-East Asia and Oceania. Our team, physically present in each of these strategic areas, caters to your needs as close as possible to the local markets.


INGREDIA’s partner since 1988 for the manufacturing of native milk proteins across 3 production sites, CREMO is the second largest fluid milk processor in Switzerland. The Swiss company is renowned for its high-quality consumer products such as cheeses, fluid milk, yogurts and dairy beverages.



INGREDIA’s partner for over 14 years for the manufacturing of native milk proteins, TATURA, established in Australia, is particularly recognized, for its expertise and technology in the manufacturing of dairy ingredients, cream cheese and infant formula. Tatura is part of the Bega Cheese group, leading Australian cheese producer.



Conquering the Wild West, INGREDIA was already present in the United States (in Ohio) with its production facility and subsidiary INGREDIA, Inc. Building upon its dairy protein know-how, INGREDIA forged a partnership with CAYUGA for the production of 100% made-in-USA milk proteins intended for the food, beverage and nutrition industry within the American continent.
